Sunday Blues

Sundays and I have a love-hate relationship. On one hand, I get to go to church, see so many lovely people, worship, and of course, dress up all nicely while I'm at it. But for some reason Sunday afternoons makes me ridiculously drowsy, and I don't know about you, but waking up on a Sunday evening realizing that Monday is less than 12 hours away is a rather depressing thought.

So have a wonderful rest of the weekend guys! Savor it while it lasts.

Also, 2 days until 30 for 30! Did my last little bout of shopping yesterday when they had an online flash sale, $15 for any pair of boots. I got two pairs and will be happily awaiting their arrival in the mail this week. I also ordered a pair of purple tights while I was at it, since I've been wanting a pair for a while now.

  1. Hi Bri! I love your Sunday outfit! I found you through Kendi's blog, are you doing the 30X30 challenge? If so I'm in the boat too, for the frist time if I might add. Have a happy Tuesday!

  2. Ohh I can't believe you got that whole outfit for under $30. That skirt is dead on the JCrew double serge "blogger" skirt that all the blogrolls have in mustard, ocean, and fuschia! And it looks like it fits great too!

Do you ever have to get your clothes altered?

Looking forward to seeing you on 30 for 30!

  3. Thanks! And wow, I never thought about that, but it is like the J. Crew skirt! I generally don't have to alter clothes if they come in my size. But if I'm thrifting or shopping in the sales rack and I find something I love that's too big, I get it and alter it myself. :)
