Flower Power

Yesterday I went to the Dollar Store and bought some fake flowers:

With which I made a hair clip:

I got the idea from Kendi, who did a simple DIY by basically attaching a giant fake mum to an adhesive pin. I did it in probably the most illogical way possible, because I was too lazy to dig out the glue gun. Eventually I may go back and remedy that...

I wore it today to church!

Trenchcoat: Target (gifted)
Top: JCPenney, $5.74
Skirt: B.Moss, thrifted, $3.50
Shoes: H&M, thrifted, $2.50
Belt: Forever 21, $3.50
Hair Clip: Free (DIY)
Earrings: Free (gifted)
Bracelet: Free (gifted)

Cost of DIY: <$1
All in all, this outfit cost me a little over $10. Success? I think yes.
