Yay!

50 followers! Yay! I know this is probably silly, considering how some blogs have 6000 followers and whatnot, but it made my day to come on my blog and see that I have 50 followers. So THANK YOU. You guys are awesome. And I appreciate each and everyone one of you, for taking the time to read my blog, and/or comment on it, and/or follow it. You're all wonderful! :)

Also, when I searched for cool photos of "Thank you" on weheartit.com, I also found this image. And I had to share it.

This made me smile, because I know I've done it before.

Anyway, today's outfit:

Top: NY & Co, thrifted (NWT!), $6.95
Vest: thrifted, $3.50
Cardigan: Forever 21, $12
Jeans: Rugged Wearhouse, $1
Boots: Deb, $10
Belt: thrifted, $1
Earrings: Free (gifted)

The second I saw this vest at Goodwill I knew I had to buy it, because I love the color. I had a friend with my who probably thought I was insane. It looked much worse on the rack, I've sewn it in quite a bit and taken the old lady essence out of it...I think.

  6. That vest is totally great! I went on a shopping trip today, too - haha! As always, I checked the vest rack at my thrift store and as always, it contained only REALLY BAD EMBROIDERED vests. Like this bad: http://www.etsy.com/listing/68540486/90s-revival-petit-point-floral-tapestry

    Ugh.

  9. @CC: Well thank you for following! And I'm honored to be inspiring you. :)

@Rachel: Thanks! And I know, right?

@Chandana: Thank you! And I agree. I clash the weather on a regular basis. Also, about the name of my blog--I'll just reply to that one on your blog, so you don't have to haul yourself over to my comments for an answer. :)

@Pineapple: Haha! Oh our vests are like that too. And the tacky Christmas denim vests? Always there. ALWAYS.

@Sweet Pea: Thank you! I hope you have an amazing day too. :)

@Little Lovables: Thanks! Oh good. I'm glad I'm not alone. I think my friends try to guilt me into restraining myself...it just doesn't work too well.

  13. Yeah, if I had to guess a group of people to be big on posting pictures of their daily outfits, I would not have guessed mormons, but clearly I underestimated their cuteness. Because it's a lot.

I bet your hair would do the side bun thing - it's all in the twisting. Mine has never successfully achieved side-bun like that day, but that was the tip I needed. There was a really great tutorial that helped me, and I wanted to link to it but couldn't find it again, bah.
